Therapeutic Mentoring

Strengthening and stabilizing families in crisis.

Therapeutic Mentoring

Therapeutic Mentoring gives children and teens additional support and coaching. This structured, one-to-one mentoring helps a young person develop age-appropriate behaviors and communication skills to resolve problems and conflicts, and relate better to others in their daily life. Therapeutic Mentors may see a youth once or multiple times each week, at home, school, or in the community. Mentors help youth gain independent or daily living skills, navigate community resources, and can assist with college or job applications.
