COVID-19 & Center Services
Currently, The Brookline Center is closed to all clients and providing all therapeutic services through telehealth to ensure the health and safety of our clients, community, and staff. At present, the Center is hosting a limited number of essential staff and tradespeople onsite. Any visitor to the Center should fill out the building use form prior to each visit to the Center.
Limited onsite care is currently available for clients with acute care needs at 40 Webster Place in Brookline Village. Please reach out to your Brookline Center provider to make arrangements if you need to be safely seen in person.
If you are a current client and have questions, please contact your Brookline Center provider for guidance. For emergencies, please call 911.
Client Automated Reminders
The Brookline Center is pleased to offer our clients the option to receive automated appointment reminders. Reminders will be sent at the time of scheduling as well as 48 hours and 24 hours before the appointment time via text, email, or both.
If you are a current client and would like to receive appointment reminders, please complete the short form below.
Bill Pay and Financial Assistance
If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment. The Brookline Center will submit your coverage claim on your behalf. You may be responsible for co-pays or deductibles, depending on your insurance plan. For co-pays and other service payments, we accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
As a new client, if you do not have insurance or adequate coverage, our registration and billing office staff can help you understand payment options and apply for financial assistance at the time of your first appointment. Once you are a client, if you need to access financial assistance, please speak with your therapist.
