The Brookline Center’s bryt Team will work with you to customize the bryt model based on the existing assets, resources, and needs of your school. Planning and implementation happen on the time frame that works best for the school.
-
1. Connect
Reach out to bryt and set up an initial call. A team member will answer your initial questions about bryt.
-
2. Intro Session
A bryt team member will gladly make a brief presentation and answer questions for a group of stakeholders that you bring together. We can also set up an opportunity for you to visit and/or speak with the team implementing bryt at a school similar to yours.
-
3. Planning For bryt
If you decide to move forward, we will take you and your team through a structured but flexible planning process that includes:
- Reviewing available data to help determine the need for bryt at your school
- Using the MTSS framework to identify existing assets as well as areas of need at your school, allowing for alignment of bryt to all the good work already happening
- Developing a school-specific operational plan for bryt that serves as a guiding document for your team and can be revised with new learning and changing conditions
- Establishing a core set of documents and tools that will anchor your work
-
4. Onboarding
We will provide your bryt staff and the wider team that supports them with both direct onboarding sessions and a bryt implementation manual, and we will be available for questions and ongoing support as needed.
-
5. Implementation Support
Implementation support includes regular phone calls with your bryt staff, meetings with your wider team, job-alike cohorts, professional development sessions, and bryt’s full suite of online resources.
