The Brookline Center’s bryt Team will work with you to customize the bryt model based on the existing assets, resources, and needs of your school. Planning and implementation happen on the time frame that works best for the school.
-
1. Learn More About bryt
Reach out to bryt to set up an initial call. A team member will answer your initial questions about bryt and explain how it aligns with the needs of your school/district. Ready to set up your call?
-
2. Introduction
A bryt team member will briefly present about bryt and answer questions for a group of stakeholders that you bring together at a time/date that is convenient for you. We are also happy to set up an opportunity for you to visit and/or speak with bryt staff members at a school similar to yours.
-
3. Planning
If you decide to move forward, we will support your team through a structured (but flexible) planning process that includes:
- Reviewing available data to determine the need for bryt at your school
- Using the MTSS framework to identify existing assets, as well as areas of need, at your school, allowing for alignment of bryt to all the good work already happening
- Developing a school-specific Operational Plan for bryt, to serve as a guiding document for your team that can be revised with new learning and changing conditions in the future
- Establishing a core set of documents and tools to anchor your work
-
4. Onboarding
We will provide your bryt staff and the wider team that supports them with both direct onboarding sessions and a bryt implementation manual, and we will be available for questions and ongoing support as needed.
-
5. Implementation Support
Implementation support includes regular calls with your bryt staff, meetings with your wider team, job-alike cohorts, professional development sessions, and bryt’s full suite of online resources.
