The Brookline Center’s bryt Team supports schools with hiring staff for the bryt intervention, including promoting open positions on our national listserv and providing sample job descriptions and hiring protocols. Once staff are hired, our District/School Support Specialist provides initial onboarding and orientation to the bryt Network as the first step in our comprehensive technical assistance process.
The Center’s bryt Team provides a robust professional development program available to staff of all schools in the bryl Network, including:
- Monthly national (remote) professional development sessions on topics related to effective implementation of the bryt model
- Monthly job-alike cohort sessions where bryt clinical and academic coordinators can network and discuss approaches and challenges in a small-group setting
- bryt’s annual in-person Symposium and Learning Institute
- Online resources available at all times including the bryt Portal (confidential student-level data base and extensive resource toolkit) and listserv
